Returns and Refunds

RETURNS

Here at Le Petite Boutique we hope you will be happy with your items if you are not 100% satisfied you can return your items within 28 days of the purchase date. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Proof of purchase will be required.

To complete your return, you can bring your purchase back to the shop or return via post with our returns form which you can download below. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for any type of return. Any postal charges incurred will be at the buyers cost, Le Petite Boutique will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return process.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Unfortunately no sale item will be refunded or exchanged, unless faulty then proof of purchase will be required.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If your item is defective or damaged we will exchange your item free of charge or offer a full refund (proof of purchase required). Please take note that limited stock is carried so your item may not be available to exchange in which case a full refund will be given or a purchase of a different item at the same value will be offered. If you need to exchange an item send us an email to shop@lepetite-boutique.co.uk and we will tell you where to send your item to.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Le Petite Boutique, 847 Chesterfield Rd, Woodseats, Sheffield, S8 0SQ .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we recommend you use a tracking service or at least obtain proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
