My story

When my children were young I found I had to travel to find baby wear that was a little bit different! Out of this frustration came a passion to open my very own baby boutique….So once my children were a little older…Le Petite Boutique was born.

My two children were both born premature so pre-term babywear was definitely an area I wanted to specialise in. The challenges of shopping with small children also drove me to try and offer a more pleasant shopping experience. Le Petite Boutique is spacious so you can browse easily with prams and we also have a comfy feeding area incase your little ones decide it’s lunchtime at 10am.

I previously worked in a Nursery for over 16 years and both my grandparents and parents had retail shops so this was a definite benefit when first starting out on my new adventure. Opening a new shop in the middle of a pandemic has had it’s challenges but with the amazing people supporting small, local businesses we have never looked back.

Our baby boutique caters for premature babies from 3lb to toddlers up to 2 years. We try to keep our offerings relevant and affordable. We do hope you come and visit us or you can browse our online store.
